Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TripzyGo — the website, and the booking and creator services available on it (together, "TripzyGo", "we", "us"). TripzyGo is operated by TripzyGo Rovara Travels Private Limited, a company registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India. By creating an account, applying to host, or booking an experience through TripzyGo, you agree to these Terms.

1. What TripzyGo is

TripzyGo is a marketplace that connects independent creators ("creators" or "hosts") who run small-group travel and activity experiences with people who want to book them. TripzyGo provides the technology, payment processing, booking operations, and customer support around each booking. Creators are independent hosts, not employees, contractors, or agents of TripzyGo — TripzyGo does not control how a creator delivers their experience, beyond the details published on their listing.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking on behalf of others. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password secure. Each account belongs to one person; don't share login credentials.

Creator accounts are not self-serve — they're created by TripzyGo after reviewing an application submitted through the Creator Program. Admin accounts are internal to TripzyGo.

3. Booking and payment

  • Prices shown include applicable taxes and a booking fee, itemized at checkout.
  • Payment is collected online through Razorpay at the time of booking. TripzyGo does not see or store your card, UPI, or net-banking details — Razorpay processes them directly.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds. Selecting a slot holds those seats for 15 minutes while you complete payment; if payment isn't completed in that window, the hold expires and the seats become available to others again.
  • Each booking captures the price, commission, and any referral attribution in place at the moment of booking. Those figures don't change after the fact except through a refund.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation windows and refund amounts are set out in full on the Cancellation Policy page, which is part of these Terms. In short: a full refund more than 48 hours before your slot, 50% between 48 and 24 hours before, and no refund inside 24 hours — except where the host or TripzyGo cancels the session, in which case you receive a full refund.

5. Hosting on TripzyGo (creators)

  • Creators apply through the Creator Program. TripzyGo reviews applications and, if approved, sets up the creator's shop and itineraries.
  • Each itinerary has a commission arrangement set by TripzyGo and shown to the creator on their dashboard — this is fixed per itinerary and isn't something a creator can change themselves.
  • A creator may also earn a referral reward when someone they referred books a different creator's experience within 7 days of clicking their shop link. Referral rewards come out of TripzyGo's margin, not out of the host creator's commission.
  • Payouts become eligible only after the experience is completed, verified by TripzyGo, and free of any open refund or dispute. TripzyGo may hold or reverse a payout where a booking it relates to is later refunded.
  • A creator hosting their own or another creator's experience for personal use is not a substitute for a real booking, and creator accounts cannot complete checkout.

6. Your responsibilities as a guest

Many experiences involve physical activity — cycling, hiking, water sports, and similar — with inherent risk. You're responsible for assessing whether an experience is suitable for you, disclosing anything the host needs to know for your safety, and following the host's instructions during the session. Arrive on time and bring anything the listing says you'll need.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use TripzyGo for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
  • Attempt to book, hold, or cancel seats in a way designed to disrupt availability for other guests.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the website or its booking system.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

8. Liability

TripzyGo facilitates the booking and payment for an experience delivered by an independent creator. To the extent permitted by law, TripzyGo isn't liable for the conduct of a creator or another guest during an experience, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use TripzyGo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
